Terms & Conditions:

• Driver's License and Id proofs are mandatory for the lessee itself.
• At the time of handover, the lessee has to pay 5000 Rupees Refundable Security
  Deposit (up to 60% instant refund at the time of handover and the rest within 48 hours).
• Lessee has to make sure of vehicle safety as after handover the lessee will be solely liable for the losses if it happens
• if the vehicle got damaged by the lessee security will be blocked till the time when the estimated cost comes of the damages.
• Our Monday and Tuesday are weeks off so all deliveries and pickups would be done from the parking area or home location only.
• The fuel label would be the same as given by the representative.
• Toll (fast tag), and parking will be bear by the lessee only (we provide a fast tag on the vehicle Lessee has to recharge it).
• We provide a 250 km daily limit on all applicable vehicles.
• If there is a delay in the return of the vehicle or the km limit is exceeded, the lessee has to pay extra depending upon time and kilometers running.
• Drink and Drive are not allowed.
• In case of a Breakdown, the lessee needs to take care of itself. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty if any issue comes up. As we are giving vehicles clear and working condition.
• Lessee come to our location to have a look and test drive for the vehicle. We wish to get it back as same if not there will be a deduction for the same from the security deposit.
• In case of an accident, the lessee has to inform us on priority for minor damages. The lessee has to pay the total expenses and for major Damages, the lessee has to pay the rent and
• On Instant Booking if featured car on website is not available, we will provide another car of same segment.
• Other claim expenses till the time the vehicle is in the workshop.
  
  We work From 8:00 AM till 11:00 PM IST, so Lessee has to make sure that the pickup and drop or handover will be done in the working time only. if Lesse handover the vehicle in non-working time and on that time if we were unable to serve then the lessee will be Self-responsible for further responses.
